Butternut squash, sweet potato, carrots and orange juice. It was SO yummy. I bet that would be great with some nicely grilled Turkey breast.

Thu, October 6, 2005 - 11:55 AMWe have a tradition of serving Swiss Creamed Peas as a side dish. As the name implies, it's peas in a sauce made with Swiss Cheese and cream (and some sliced scallions cooked in the sauce). -
