There is a new show promo on Food channel that initialy might lead you to believe that Alton is teaming up with Rache Ray. At the end you realize that they are simply having the two shows adjacent to each other. I was having trouble imagining the two of them together.

Rachel and Alton would be an odd pairing indeed - the cheerleader and the geek (well, a little cooler than the average geek, in my estimation). Rachel would give everything exclamation marks, and Alton would back away slowly, and muse about the 18th century beginnings of things while throwing out all of Rachel's unitaskers. -
