Re: Flaming Mixers
Thu, October 27, 2005 - 11:22 AMTotally!! I saw Elton on the other night with a flamed-painted kitchen stand mixer.
Hello? Jealosy? I wouldn't want one with flames - but maybe a retro shef kind of design - or diner emblem.

and ask him to do something about my plain old Kitchenaid.

just supply a service where they take the case off for you so you can paint it to your heart's delight, return it, and they install it for factory warranty.

Mon, October 31, 2005 - 6:16 AMAre the cases made of metal? If they are, what about magnetic flames decals?? -
-
Re: Flaming Mixers
Mon, October 31, 2005 - 7:49 AMYes, they are made of metal, so magnetic flames would work. FYI, the paintjob on mine was done without removing the casing; we just masked the bejebus out of everthing. -
