I recently made AB granola bars and they were great. I am curious though if anyone has tried them and if they have any ideas for making a granola bar without the use of honey or p'butter. They seem to be the only two sweeteners I can think of that can maintain the stickiness of the bar....any ideas would be great.

Re: granola bars
Tue, March 28, 2006 - 10:07 AMHmmm....maple syrup might do the trick. You could also use a variety of other nut butters...almond butter, cashew butter, hazelnut butter, walnut butter, etc. Yummm....I'm making myself hungry! -
